The 2021 Participaction Report Card
on Physical Activity for Adults is here!

This year’s edition examines the impact COVID-19 has had on #PhysicalActivity levels & highlights how Canada faces a #PhysicalInactivity crisis deepened by the pandemic.
Public health restrictions ...meant that active commutes to work or school (e.g., university, college), going to the gym, participating in recreational activities and other once accessible ways to stay active either became less of a priority or were no longer available. It’s no surprise that only 12% of Canadian adults spend less than eight hours of sedentary time per day (Grade: F) and 44% are getting less than three . . . .

Thank you Farmstead Naturals for your support of the Abbotsford Disaster Relief Fund which is operated by the Abbotsford Community Foundation, Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce & the University of the Fraser Valley.

Please support this local business so they can help support us all.

From our friends at PacificSport Fraser Valley, we get to chow down on another #TastyTuesday delight.

Tonight's treat is Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi. Although gnocchi can be made #glutenfree, it is not common, so if you need to be gluten free, look hard for #GF gnocchi or make them ...yourself. The recipe can easily be tailored to #vegan & #vegetarian diets.
